Greetings! Re the above-linked preaching for 15 July 2008 by Fergal Mac Eoinin OP, from Waterford, Ireland, I have two related questions for you—were those verses from Matthew 11:20-24 the ones that were customarily read in mid July in the lectionary calendar? Were those particular verses from Matthew associated in Church doctrine with the Feast of St. Swithin? If so, how?
