For 27 December 2019, The Feast of Saint John, Apostle, Evangelist, based on 1 John 1:1-4
We declare to you what was from the beginning, what we have heard, what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the word of life— this life was revealed, and we have seen it and testify to it, and declare to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us— we declare to you what we have seen and heard so that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ. We are writing these things so that our joy may be complete.

Thank you Judith ANNE for this beautiful reflection on the Light and Darkness in our lives.
In the darkness we wait for the snippets of light, the darkness John of the Cross speaks of as you mention. I wonder if your best friend is aware of your falls out of bed!
Blessings on you this Christmas time. Pxxx

Thank you, Sr. Judith for your inspiring reflection to imitate Mary. “Let it be
don’t to me.†She, like us, often had to walk in the darkness of mystery,
yet believe and trust in the Light of Life, Jesus.
Continue blessings on your preaching and a joyful Christmas and New Year,
Sr. Brigid, OP
