A Grain of Wheat
Podcast: Play in new window | Download
For 10 August 2015, Monday of 19th Week, based on John 12:24-26
Very truly, I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains just a single grain; but if it dies, it bears much fruit. Those who love their life lose it, and those who hate their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me, and where I am, there will my servant be also. Whoever serves me, the Father will honor.

Perhaps now is that time when you cn no longer continue in your life as is but not disseminate all that you held to be your self to produce now for the least of Christ’s, to soothe His wounds (the poor, the sick, the suffering). Perhaps now is the time to fully rely on God to accomplish what He had designed you for to accomplish. Believing in Jesus and following Jesus is surrender to Jesus that God has placed you here, at this time, in this place, for these people so that they and you might be His people.
